 You have to do the diet for 2 weeks. The second week you repeat the diet.
If you do it strictly, you will lose 5-6 kilos.

5 ден 1 boiled egg and a cup of coffee 2 boiled eggs and 1 tomato grilled fish and vegetables with some vinegar
6 ден 1 boiled egg and a cup of coffee roast buffalo meat (0,150-0,200 kg) and 1 cucumber roast beef (0,150-0,200 kg), 1 tomato and a glass of mineral water
7 ден 1 boiled egg and a cup of coffee ½ grilled chicken and vegetables ½ grilled chicken and an apple
