Vegetable diet

   This diet is very simple and all you need are some carrots and cabbage. Grate them very finely and squeeze the juice of a lemon. Then divide in 3 equal shares for the whole day. When you eat that salad you don’t feel hunger because the raw vegetables sate you and there are little calories in them.

In this way you clean your body of the toxins. It’s recommendable for you not to smoke and to drink alcohol when you are on this diet.
